The service is hosted in France on dedicated servers (VPS), one server per customer company, provided by OVH SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France (ovhcloud.com). Encrypted backups are also hosted by OVH SAS, in France. Instances commissioned before September 2026 remain hosted, until they are migrated, on servers located in Paris and provided by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus (hostinger.fr).

The entire website and service (structure, content, trademarks, logos, code) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the exclusive property of the publisher or its licensors. "Syniaps" is a registered trademark. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is prohibited.

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy and the data processing agreement (DPA). In accordance with the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification and erasure, which you can exercise at [email protected]. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
