Documents are written from your templates
Syniaps starts from your existing quotes, letters and minutes: the tone, the structure and the mentions remain yours. You describe the need, it produces the document, you review.
Administrative automation
Quotes, invoices, follow-ups, minutes, filing, answers to the same questions: a company's admin work means hours every week that produce nothing new. Syniaps takes care of it, with your approval at every step that matters.
Syniaps starts from your existing quotes, letters and minutes: the tone, the structure and the mentions remain yours. You describe the need, it produces the document, you review.
Unpaid invoices, unanswered quotes, awaited documents: Syniaps tracks what is dragging and prepares the follow-ups at the right time, with the right tone based on the file's history.
Documents produced or received join the right folder, are indexed and become queryable: "find the March invoice" replaces twenty minutes of digging.
Quotes, letters, emails, summaries: your templates, your tone.
What awaits a reply is tracked; follow-ups are prepared, you approve the sending.
A brief every morning, an unpaid-invoices review every Monday: routines run on their own, after your approval.
Everything is filed, indexed and findable in one question.
In practice
You say once: "every Monday, prepare the follow-ups for invoices more than 15 days overdue". Every Monday, Syniaps draws up the list, writes each follow-up taking the client's history into account, and submits it all to you. You approve, it goes out. What used to take half a day takes ten minutes.
The best candidates are the tasks that come back every week with small variations: invoice and quote follow-ups, preparation of recurring documents on your templates, sorting and filing of received documents, periodic activity summaries, replies to standard requests. These tasks are too variable for a rigid scenario, but too repetitive to deserve your time.
Every automation is born from a conversation: you describe the routine, Syniaps prepares it and YOU confirm it before it arms itself. Then, everything that commits the company (a sending, a publication) is submitted to you for approval. You see the list of your automations, you suspend or cancel them at any time.
A task done successfully once can become a routine: "do that again every Monday morning" is enough. No scenario editor, no connectors to wire, no maintenance when an edge case appears: the intelligence handles the variation, you keep the decision.
The round of follow-ups that used to block half a day becomes ten minutes of approval. The monthly activity review prepares itself the day before, all that is left is to read it over. Incoming mail gets filed as it comes instead of piling up for Friday. Replies to standard requests go out the same day instead of waiting for a slot. Taken one by one, these savings seem modest; added up over a month, they give whole days back to the team, without a hire or one more piece of software to administer.
Those tools chain predefined actions: each scenario has to be built, then maintained, and it breaks as soon as a case falls outside the frame. Syniaps understands the request and its context: the same instruction adapts to the client in dispute, the incomplete file, the exception. The detailed comparison is on the dedicated page.
No. Sendings, publications and scheduling wait for your approval. Only the routines you have explicitly confirmed run at the agreed times, and you can suspend them at any moment.
The most useful trio: the mailbox, the calendar and cloud storage (OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox). But Syniaps already works very well with simple documents dropped into its space.
The same day. You describe the routine in plain language in the conversation, you approve the proposal, it is in place.
