Syniaps pays the agencies, integrators and consultants who bring it customers: 15% of everything collected from that customer during their first twelve months. Success-based pay, with no volume commitment and no cash advance.

You apply
A form, a conversation. Syniaps hands you your partner code and the partnership contract.
You bring
Your client signs up with your code. They start with a welcome discount: 20% off for three months, or an extra 5% off a first annual year.
You earn 15%
Of everything Syniaps collects from that customer during their first 12 months. Quarterly statement, payment by invoice.
What you earn
15%
of the amounts actually collected (excl. VAT) from each customer you bring, during their first 12 months. It adds up across all your clients, with a quarterly statement.
What your client gets
-20%
for their first three months. On the annual plan, they get an extra 5% off their entire first year, on top of the annual -15%.
What the commission covers
- •The plan, additional seats, the OCR option, hosted applications.
- •Discounts granted to the customer are already deducted: you earn 15% of what is actually collected.
- •An unpaid invoice or a refund is settled on the next statement.
- •The window runs over the first 12 months of paid subscription. A year paid upfront triggers the commission in one go.
How you get paid
Syniaps draws up a statement every calendar quarter, computed on the invoices actually paid by your clients. The transfer follows, on invoice, from 100 € onwards.
A self-billing mandate, signed on joining, lets Syniaps issue the invoice for you: you have nothing to produce each quarter.
What it is not
- •It's not reselling: Syniaps always bills the end customer, you advance nothing.
- •It's not white-labelling: the product remains Syniaps, with its name and its support.
- •It's not an exclusivity contract: you keep your other partners and your other tools.
